Main goals and targets:
Getting to know the basics of the use of 9 body weapons (fists, legs, elbows, knees, head);
Learning energy principles based on physics and anatomy;
Learning straightforward attacking and defending techniques in a secure environment;
Learning to cope with typical self-defense situations;
Improving your fitness and physical performance;
Getting to know our club and other students and having fun when practicing.

You can try the training one week. In case you don't wish to continue, you don't need to pay the course fee and we will give your place to the next one on the waiting list.

Basics course 3 months (24.8.–23.11..2020)
Advanced course 1 month (24.11.-21.12..2020)
Regarding equipment, you’ll only need regular sports clothes like t-shirt and shorts and a water bottle. Bring your own towel if you want to take a shower or go to sauna after training. We recommend t-shirt and shorts because in elbow and knee strikes long sleeves and pant legs can start to wear through.

After you go through a 3-month basic course and join our Khan 2 ranks, you will have an access to a vast variety of classes (training up to 5 times a week)! As an example:

what is MUAY BORAN?
Muay Boran means traditional unarmed Thai martial arts. It is the mother art of Thai boxing. Muay Boran was born on battle fields to win the enemy and was developed through trial and error.
The use of nine body weapons – head, fists, elbows, knees and legs – is the basis of Muay Boran. These body weapons are used to both attack and defend. In addition, Muay Boran techniques contain e.g. grappling, throws and grabbing.
