ILMOITTAUDU TASOKOKEESEEN (VIDEOLLA TAI ULKOTREENIN YHTEYDESSÄ)

Valmiina seuraavalle tasolle?

Osallistu IMBA:n tasokokeeseen torstaina 16.4.2020. Osallistumiseen on kaksi vaihtoehtoa:

1) torstain 16.4. ulkotreenien yhteydessä klo 18.30-19.30. Tapaamme Ratinan sillan alla, ja siirrymme siitä yhdessä lähialueille hieman rauhallisempaan paikkaan tasokoetta varten. Huom! Tasokokeesta huolimatta muille kuin tasokokeen tekijöille on myös tarjolla normaalit ulkotreenit.

2) lähettämällä videon tasokoesuorituksestasi viimeistään torstaina 16.4.2020 Danille (saat ohjeet videon kuvaamiseksi ilmoittautumisesi jälkeen)

Hinta

Suoritettuasi tasokokeen saat todistuksen ja mongkonin paikan päällä. Jos suoritat videotasokokeen, voimme halutessasi postittaa todistuksen ja mongkonin, tai voit noutaa sen salilta kun taas palaamme normaaliin arkeen.

Varusteet

Videotasokokeeseen pyydämme sinua tuttuun tapaan pukeutumaan IMBA-paitaan, traditionaalisiin shortseihin (tummansiniset IMBA:n logolla), mikäli omistat sellaiset. Käytäthän lisäksi nykyisen tasosi mongkonia. Mikäli tämä on ensimmäinen tasokokeesi, ei mongkonia käytetä vielä. Ulkotasokokeeseen riittää ulkovarustus, mutta oman tason mongkon voi olla mukana esimerkiksi takin alla.

Opetusohjelma

Opetusohjelman ja oman tasosi vaatimukset (tasolle 9 asti) löydät IMBA Live -sivun alareunasta. Kyseessä on sama sivu, josta löydät myös live-treenit ja tallenteet. Jos olet maksanut jäsenmaksun, linkin ja salasanan pitäisi löytyä sähköpostistasi.

Jos et ole vielä ihan varma, oletko valmis tasokokeeseen, otathan yhteyttä Daniin. Seuraava tasokoemahdollisuus on tarjolla toukokuun loppupuolella.

Ready to level up?

Participate in khan examination on Thursday 16.4.2020. There are two options for participation:

1)  Participate on Thursday 16.4. at the same time with outdoor training. We will meet under Ratina bridge at 18.30-19.30 and move somewhere near where it's a bit less crowded. Note, that there is normal training also to those who are not taking the examination.

2)  By sending a video of your examination the latest on Thursday 16.4.2020 to Dani (you’ll get more specific instructions via e-mail after registration)

Price

Khan examination fee on student levels (before khan 10) is 20€, and according to IMBA rules it is paid directly to the teacher. You can pay the examination here: https://holvi.com/shop/daniwarnicki/product/2098081986accbde21413418b1590e06/ the latest on Tuesday 14.4.2020.

 After passing the video exam you will receive your certificate and mongkon by post if you like, or you can get them at the gym after we will be back to normal training. In outdoor examination we can give the certificate and mongkon for you.

Equipment

Let’s stick to traditions, although the examination is held online. Therefore, if you have the equipment, we kindly ask you to dress to IMBA shirt, traditional shorts (dark blue) and to wear the mongkon to show your current khan level. If this is your first examination, you will not wear a mongkon. In outdoor examination regular outdoor clothing is fine, but you can have the mongkon with you, for example under your jacket to show current khan level.

You'll find the curriculum and requirements to your own level (until khan 9) at the bottom of IMBA Live page. It's the same page where you also find our live streams and recordings. If you have paid the membership fee, you should have received the link and password in your e-mail.

What if I’m not sure yet

If you are unsure whether you’re ready for the examination, please contact Dani first. The next chance to take the examination will be at the end of May. 

Please register the latest on Tuesday 14.4.2020. Remember to pay the examination fee to Dani the latest on Tuesday 14.4., so that your registration is valid.
